• Complete the application & waiver.

• Send vaccination records including up-to-date Bordetella, Distemper, Parvo, & Rabies to playalldaydoggie@gmail.com or drop them off in person.

• Bring your dog wearing a collar, no pinch or chain.

• Bring your own dog food labeled with your dog's name & feeding instructions.

• Bring extra food for snacks or in case of an unexpected delay in pick-up.

• Bring any medications labeled with name & instructions.

• Pack a blanket, bed, toys, and treats to bring the comforts of home if you would like.
